Gulf Cement Company has a well equipped modern Laboratory for ensuring strict Quality Control of the whole process.

The quality of raw materials, intermediate products and final products is thoroughly tested and controlled as per a pre-determined schedule.

Samples from production stream are collected using auto samplers at short intervals and analysed using X-ray Spectrometers to take timely corrective actions.

The Laboratory is equipped for carrying out all tests on cement as per ASTM and BS EN Standard test methods.

The Laboratory is equipped with a device for determination of particle size distribution of materials by using Laser Diffraction (LD) technique.
