Board and management

The activities of GCC are performed by its employees, managers and chairman, under the directions of the chairman, and the supervision of the Board of Directors, to upgrade the long-term value of the Company for its investors. The Board of Directors is designated by shareholders to supervise and advice management. The Board of Directors is leaded by His Highness. Shaikh Omar Bin Saqar Al Qassimi and consists of nine members.
